1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Kawasaki OEM Part, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms, including any future modifications.

2. Return Material Authorization (RMA)

All returns require a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-993-9326 or via our contact form. An RMA number and detailed return instructions will be provided. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Refund and Return Policy

Our return policy is detailed in the Return Policy section on our website. Key points include:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon receipt of the returned item, issued via the original payment method.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain items (e.g., engines, short blocks, decks, electric parts, carburetors) are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Customer-Requested Returns: For returns due to customer preference, a 25% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Damaged Items: If an item is received damaged, it must be reported within three days, including photographs and carrier documentation.

4. Shipping Regulations for Engine-Powered Equipment

Federal regulations prevent the return of engine-powered equipment that has been gassed or oiled. For issues with such products, contact an authorized service center for warranty repair.

5. Factory Direct Items

Products shipped directly from the manufacturer may be returnable only with manufacturer approval. The customer may be responsible for round-trip shipping costs and up to a 25% restocking fee.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If delivery is refused, the customer will bear the cost of both outbound and return shipping.

7. Specialty and Built-to-Order Items

Items specially built by the manufacturer are non-returnable, as they are made specifically for the customer and are not part of our standard stock.

8. Product Installation and Warranty

Once an item has been installed, it cannot be returned. The customer or installer is responsible for any issues resulting from improper installation. Warranty claims may be addressed per the manufacturer's policy.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers are responsible for inspecting items before signing for delivery. If damage is suspected, it should be noted as “Possible Freight Damage” on the receipt. For defective items, we recommend testing within 15 days of receipt, and our team is available for technical assistance.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kawasaki OEM Part is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

11. Modifications to Terms

Kawasaki OEM Part reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kawasaki OEM Part operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in this state.
